CB&I Announces Joint Development Agreement with Saudi Aramco
CB&I, Chevron Lummus Global and Saudi Aramco signed a Joint Development Agreement
(JDA) between companies for the development, commercialization and marketing of innovative crude-to-chemical technologies.
The three companies are best positioned to develop advanced technology processes for the production of high-value petrochemicals from crude oil by leveraging unique technologies they each bring to the table.
Specifically, CB&I’s ethylene cracker technology, CLG’s hydroprocessing technologies and Saudi Aramco’s proprietary Thermal to Crude Chemicals (TC2C™) technology will provide the platform for this joint development.
