Specializing in process units. For three decades, we have designed, fabricated and constructed process facilities for the global oil and gas, petrochemical and chemical industries. Our solutions include grass-roots oil refineries, oil refinery process units including crude distillation, fuel hydrotreaters, reformers, alkylation, FCCUs, lube dewaxing, delayed coking, and other processing and support facilities.

We construct projects on a lump-sum, turnkey basis, providing detailed engineering, project planning and management, procurement, fabrication, construction, commissioning and operator training. Projects are executed using both modular and conventional “stick-built” construction methods, and each project is evaluated to determine which option provides the best value for our customer.

Modular construction minimizes a project’s impact on the customer’s plant operations, minimizes delays due to inclement weather, reduces costs associated with local labor and allows us to offer a solution for meeting compressed schedule requirements.

Modular units can be fabricated and assembled at our in-house facilities and shipped to any work site. Our modular projects have included facilities as diverse as oil field production test separators installed in the Middle East, a grass roots refinery delivered to Indonesia and a variety of process units destined for Europe, South America and the Far East.
